An original Kirin uses jade and antique-gold thread for the scales and mane, with ivory and warm grey separating the body from the terracotta fleece. The layout avoids black, blue, licensed characters, and decorative text.
The heavyweight cotton-rich fleece is cut with a relaxed drop shoulder and includes a drawcord hood, rib cuffs and hem, and a kangaroo pocket. The artwork is machine embroidered and should be protected by washing the garment inside out.
