Data retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. In practice:
- Order records — kept for 7 years as required by Japanese tax and accounting law.
- Account data — retained until you request deletion or close your account.
- Support communications — kept for up to 2 years for dispute resolution purposes.
- Analytics data — anonymized and aggregated; no individual retention limit applies.
You may request early deletion of your personal data at any time (see Your rights below). Some data may be retained for the legal minimum period even after a deletion request.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you. EU/UK residents have these rights formally under GDPR; California residents under CCPA. To exercise any right, send us a DM on Instagram @sukaizenofficial from the account associated with your order.
We respond to verified requests within 30 days. Some data (e.g. order records required by tax law) may be retained for the legal minimum period before deletion.
Children's privacy
Sukaizen is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us immediately via Instagram DM @sukaizenofficial and we will delete it promptly.
