Welcome to Sukaizen. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at sukaizen.com and any orders you place through it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
Agreement to terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Sukaizen. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site or place an order. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the most recent revision; continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance for future use. The updated order policy applies to orders placed after publication and made available before payment; it does not retrospectively reduce rights under an earlier order.
Products & pricing
Each Sukaizen jacket is machine embroidered on satin and is described accurately on its product page. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens; we do our best to represent them faithfully but cannot guarantee perfect colour matching across devices.
Pricing is shown in USD by default with currency conversion at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to adjust prices at any time before an order is confirmed. If a confirmed order contains a clear pricing error, we will contact you before charging or shipping.
Orders & payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a guarantee of acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if a product is out of stock, a payment fails, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel an order, any payment taken is refunded in full, including shipping charges and taxes collected by Sukaizen.
Payment is processed by Stripe on their hosted checkout page. We do not receive or store your card details. Your payment must clear before we begin production or dispatch.
Shipping & risk
We ship from Pakistan to supported destinations worldwide, including the United States and Japan. Shipping timelines and methods are detailed on the shipping policy page. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package as delivered. For lost or stolen packages, please contact us — we will help open a claim with the carrier.
Buyers pay applicable destination import duties, taxes, Pakistan-origin tariffs and clearance fees unless we expressly confirm that the charges are prepaid for the order. We declare accurate descriptions, values and actual product origin. Dispatch from Pakistan does not itself determine the legal origin of every item.
Order approval, cancellation & returns
Our Orders Customs Duties and Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. The buyer pays applicable destination import charges unless we expressly confirm a prepaid arrangement. Written approval sets the production specifications and starts the 24-hour change window. Custom production cancellation, normal returns and damage claims follow that policy. Sukaizen cancellation receives a full refund. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over all exclusions and deductions.
Read the full Orders, Customs Duties & Returns Policy before payment. Eligible standard catalogue goods have a 30-day return window from delivery; genuine custom and final-sale exclusions apply only to voluntary change-of-mind returns and do not remove mandatory rights.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — including text, photography, motif artwork, embroidery files, brand assets, and code — is the property of Sukaizen or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without written permission.
Reasonable personal use is fine — saving images for your own reference, sharing a product page with a friend, citing us in editorial work with attribution. Reselling our designs, reproducing our embroidery, or training generative models on our imagery without permission is not permitted.
User conduct
Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent security measures, scrape data at scale, impersonate others, or submit fraudulent orders. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sukaizen's total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of Tokyo, Japan, except where consumer-protection laws of your country of residence give you stronger rights.
