Welcome to Sukaizen. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at sukaizen.com and any orders you place through it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
Agreement to terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Sukaizen. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site or place an order. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the most recent revision; continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
Products & pricing
Each Sukaizen jacket is hand-guided embroidery on premium satin and is described accurately on its product page. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens; we do our best to represent them faithfully but cannot guarantee perfect colour matching across devices.
Pricing is shown in USD by default with currency conversion at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to adjust prices at any time before an order is confirmed. If a confirmed order contains a clear pricing error, we will contact you before charging or shipping.
Orders & payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a guarantee of acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if a product is out of stock, a payment fails, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel an order, any payment taken is refunded in full.
Payment is processed by Shopify Payments / Stripe. We do not store your card details. Your payment must clear before we begin production or dispatch.
Shipping & risk
We ship worldwide. Shipping timelines and methods are detailed on the shipping policy page. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package as delivered. For lost or stolen packages, please contact us — we will help open a claim with the carrier.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. We declare honest values on customs forms and cannot underdeclare to reduce your duties.
Returns & exchanges
Standard returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items with original packaging. Custom commissions and final-sale items are non-refundable. Full details are on the refund policy page.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — including text, photography, motif artwork, embroidery files, brand assets, and code — is the property of Sukaizen or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without written permission.
Reasonable personal use is fine — saving images for your own reference, sharing a product page with a friend, citing us in editorial work with attribution. Reselling our designs, reproducing our embroidery, or training generative models on our imagery without permission is not permitted.
User conduct
Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent security measures, scrape data at scale, impersonate others, or submit fraudulent orders. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sukaizen's total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of Tokyo, Japan, except where consumer-protection laws of your country of residence give you stronger rights.
