Processing time

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday). Custom commissions follow their own production schedule — your order confirmation will include a specific dispatch window for those.

Orders placed on weekends or Japanese public holidays begin processing on the next business day. We will email you with a tracking link as soon as the package ships.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your destination region. Estimates below are typical — actual times can vary with customs clearance and seasonal volume.

Shipping cost

Standard worldwide shipping is free on every order — no minimum spend, no exceptions.

Express shipping is available at checkout for most regions. The exact cost depends on your destination and parcel weight; it is calculated dynamically before payment so there are no surprises.

Tracking

Every order ships with full tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email the moment the package leaves our atelier. The link works with the carrier's own tracking page — typically DHL, FedEx, EMS, or your country's national post for the last mile.

If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please email support@sukaizen.com with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Duties & customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's authorities. These are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We declare honest values on all customs forms and cannot under-declare to reduce your duties — we do not want your package held or returned to us.

For order values under USD $200 most countries do not charge duty. For higher values, please check your local customs authority for current thresholds and rates.

Lost or damaged packages

In the rare case a package is lost, stuck in transit, or arrives damaged:

  • Lost in transit: Email us with your order number. We open a claim with the carrier and either re-ship the order or issue a full refund once the claim is resolved.
  • Damaged on arrival: Photograph the packaging and the jacket immediately, and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free exchange or full refund.
  • Marked delivered but not received: Check with neighbours, building management, and your local post first. If still missing, email us within 14 days of the marked delivery date and we will open a carrier trace.

Address changes

If you spot an address mistake immediately after ordering, email us within 1 business day at support@sukaizen.com and we will update it before dispatch. Once a package has shipped we cannot redirect it — you would need to wait for delivery and arrange forwarding yourself.
