Design and construction
An original nami wave rises from the lower right and curls toward the upper left, leaving open space for a small Fuji and pale moon. Ice-blue, cobalt, ivory, and silver thread create foam and depth, while a few muted-pink blossoms keep the scene distinct from a literal reproduction of historic artwork.
The deep-indigo body is framed by ivory sleeve insets and a small cresting-wave emblem on the front. Mostly clean sleeves, striped rib trim, a full zipper, two welt pockets, and a lined interior keep the jacket wearable around the large back embroidery.
